The Lian Li HydroShift II LCD-C 360TL is a premium flagship 360mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler designed for high-end gaming PCs and enthusiast showcase builds that prioritize maximum cooling performance, ultra-clean aesthetics, and advanced LCD customization. It is part of Lian Li’s HydroShift ecosystem, which is known for its innovative tube management design and high-end display integration.

At its core, the cooler uses a high-efficiency copper cold plate pump block, engineered to deliver rapid heat transfer from the CPU into the liquid loop. The pump is designed for strong and stable coolant circulation, operating at speeds of up to around 2500 RPM, ensuring consistent thermal performance even under heavy workloads such as AAA gaming, 3D rendering, streaming, and CPU-intensive multitasking. The pump assembly is also relatively large and robust, contributing to both performance stability and premium build quality.

The cooler is paired with a 360mm aluminum radiator, typically measuring around 400 × 120 × 24 mm, which provides a large surface area for heat dissipation while maintaining a slim profile for better case compatibility.
This allows the system to efficiently shed heat from the coolant, keeping CPU temperatures stable even during sustained high-power loads.

Cooling is handled by three high-performance 120mm TL-series PWM fans, capable of reaching up to approximately 2600 RPM, delivering very strong airflow (up to ~90 CFM-class performance depending on configuration).
These fans are designed for both high static pressure and optimized acoustics, meaning they can push air effectively through dense radiator fins while still maintaining controlled noise levels in balanced profiles.

A defining feature of the HydroShift II LCD-C 360TL is its 2.1-inch IPS LCD display integrated into the pump head, offering a sharp 480×480 resolution with a smooth 60Hz refresh rate.
This display allows users to monitor or customize system data in real time, including CPU temperature, load, and performance statistics, or to display custom images, animations, and system themes. It is designed as a true “showpiece” feature for premium PC builds, turning the cooler into a visual centerpiece rather than just a thermal component.

The LCD and system controls are managed through Lian Li L-Connect software and controller system, which supports multiple control modes including wired, offline, and wireless-style control depending on configuration. This allows users to synchronize LCD content and ARGB lighting across compatible components in the system.

A major design innovation of the HydroShift series is its side-mounted tube routing system, which helps reduce visible tubing clutter and creates an extremely clean aesthetic, especially in dual-chamber cases like Lian Li’s O11 series. However, this design is optimized mainly for top-mounted radiator installation, and other orientations can be less visually clean or more restrictive during installation.

The cooler includes addressable RGB lighting on both the pump and fans, using a standard 5V 3-pin ARGB interface for motherboard synchronization. This allows full integration with ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, and other major RGB ecosystems, enabling seamless system-wide lighting effects.
